when the wind blows

sometimes, when you least expect it, the universe steps in and rolls the dice in a whole new direction, exposing things you'd rather not see. something like that happened to me last evening, when it suddenly became clear to me in the space of a few minutes that what i believed to be true, and what was really true, isn't necessarily true at all... that even the people who say they love you best will hurt you, not necessarily out of malice, but sometimes out of something as banal as their own sense of entitlement.

but when you are in a relationship with a person, are you entitled to do something if it hurts the other person?

this morning, i drew the Tower card and this evening, i pulled it again.

the wind's been blowing all day.

and the towers... they are falling.

and furthermore, the war will end. blessed be.

Entitlement always seems to be at the expense of another and shows a lack of personal responsiblity. I am so sorry.

i hope after the towers fall, you are able to pick up the pieces... if that's what you want to do.

much love,

I am sorry. I wish you strength to handle whatever comes your way.

Probably you know this but the tower means Mr. I am so entitled has to get over himself a little. I never curse, but, we are all here to learn (basically how to get along) so I send lessons. I ask that the offender be sent a situation where they get to feel the way I felt because of their imbalanced behavior, and that they gain understanding from it. And I always add a little "Unless I am wrong about this from your higher perspective" - speaking to my God-self (that is who I always send my requests to).

Hi Lovely,

I'm sorry to hear that. I think sometimes people have to do things from an urge inside themselves and sometimes that does hurt other people, as you say even unintentially. As always depends what they're doing!

I really hope you resolve things, sending you wishes for a happy solution.

I believe too that often chaos and destruction is necessary in order for things to change, so sometimes is as they say a blessing in diguise.

Hugs to you lovely lady,

Hugs to you. Hope everything finally "washes over" and things are back to an even keel.

Sometimes I think life sends up a few shake ups just to keep things interesting. I mean if life was always the same we would eventually stop looking for something different, stop looking for new experiences. So when it seems like that's happening ....... well the wind blows and we have to open our eyes to something new.

Everything will work out as it is suppose to - we just have to remember that its not always as we want it to or when we want it to.

And may the winds blow to a cleansing, clearing breeze.

Sounds like the wind is a metaphor for danger? Or promise? Could be both!

I've thought of lots to say; not the least of which is how did you mirror my life???? My card that I drew twice on April Fool's day was death...and I went through a similar (I think) storm. Having said that~to emphasize my exquisite empathy~ I wish YOU wellness, and cannot say it any better than Rose did..ditto to Rose's thoughts, and whatever we need is what will come our way.
Love you
Alicia
