for meg's birthday dinner, she requested:
steak
mashed potatoes (im also making baked potatoes for those of us who think baked potatoes go better with steak)
grilled spinach
tomato-cucumber salad
crescent rolls
and for dessert:
midnight mocha cake with coffee-cream cheese frosting

Hello...
and welcome to my little home on the Web. Another year, another turn of the Wheel, have brought more changes in my life and it's time to refocus, repurpose and revision. This year, I intend to focus my energy every month on some aspect of my Self - Body, Mind, Heart and Soul. January's was to food, February's is to fitness. I'm not sure where March will lead. Thank you for joining me even ever so briefly....you just never know what might be waiting around the next bend...

that sounds delish. I like mashed potatoes w/ steak, and big daddy always makes fun of me... ?!?
I would love to have the recipe for that salad
Happy Birthday to Meg! Sounds delish.
I'm drooling just reading the menu! My birthday is in a couple weeks, maybe I will request that for my dinner too! Any chance you would share the recipe for that sinful-sounding cake?
